If someone is in crisis
Lucrum checks every message for signs of crisis or risk of harm. When it detects one, it stops the regular conversation and shows emergency numbers and crisis lines for the user's country.

During the beta, our team reviews every flagged conversation to improve how Lucrum responds.

Guardrails on every reply
Each model response passes through a safety layer built with NeMo Guardrails. It keeps conversations within wellbeing topics, blocks harmful advice and hands off to professional resources when needed.
